Erin Molan steals the show at Dally Ms
IT’S the night which honours the best and fairest players in NRL.
But it was all about the women of the game on the Dally M red carpet, with plenty of fake tan, feathers and bold colour.
However it was Erin Molan who stole the show in a stunning black dress which showed off her incredible figure just three months after giving birth.
Molan welcomed her first child, a daughter Eliza, with fiance Sean Ogilvy in June with the Dally M Awards her first red carpet appearance since giving birth.
The Channel 9 reporter was glowing at the awards night, wearing her hair back in a sleek bun and favouring a subtle smoky eye.
Molan completed her triumphant red carpet appearance with a simple black clutch and heels.
At the other end of the spectrum was Terry Biviano, who also stole the spotlight in an OTT feathered gown.
The millennial pink dress ticked all the boxes with a feathered skirt and sleeves, jewel embellishments and a sheer neckline.
Tariq Sims’ partner Ashleigh Sudholz also favoured a more is better approach, sporting feathers and glitter in a plunging blue gown.
St. George Illawarra Dragons captain Gareth Widdop’s wife Carley channelled a more demure look in a white beaded dress.
Meanwhile Billy Slater’s wife Nicole made sure all eyes were on her in a wallpaper-inspired satin dress.
The blue and orange hued gown provided a welcome break from dark and white shades that dominated the red carpet.
Former Miss Universe Australia Tegan Martin was among the first red carpet arrivals in a striking red bejewelled jumpsuit.
The I’m A Celebrity star posted on the media wall with her personal trainer boyfriend Blake Worrall Thompson who wore a blue velvet tuxedo.
Johnathan Thurston, who will retire from the sport at the end of this year, also walked the red carpet with his wife Samantha Lynch.
Radio personality Emma Freedman channelled old Hollywood glamour in a white peplum dress and bold red lipstick.
Newcastle Knight player Jamie Buhrer’s wife Grace also took inspiration from movie stars in a strapless red gown.
Meanwhile Sam Thaiday and his wife were one of the more eye-catching couples on the red carpet.
The former Brisbane Broncos player wearing a quirky patterned jacket and pocket square, while Rachel Thaiday wore a red jumpsuit that quite frankly had a lot going on.
Fox Sports presenter Jessica Yates braved the chilly Sydney evening in a strapless white gown complete with thigh split.
Meanwhile her colleague Yvonne Sampson wore a high necked burgundy dress while Hannah Hollis opted for a striking shade of pink on the Dally M red carpet.
